Bauchi State authorities on Monday distributed 3,500 items of meals gadgets to victims of flood within the Warji Native Authorities Space of the state.
The state governor, Senator Bala Mohammed, who carried out the distribution train on the council secretariat, stated the gesture was to cushion the hardship brought on by the coronavirus pandemic and the devastating flood within the space.
Whereas handing over the meals gadgets to the district head of Warji, who’s the chairman of the palliatives committee within the space, Governor Mohammed knowledgeable that Warji LGA is the 11th native authorities space within the state to have benefitted from the distribution.
The governor, who was represented by his deputy, Senator Baba Tela, stated the gadgets are meant for 3,500 households, including that the gadgets are solely meant to ameliorate their sufferings.
In keeping with him, “Thus far, the Bauchi State authorities has distributed palliatives to 10 native governments. In Warji, we’re bringing 3,500 items of reduction supplies to three,500 households.”
