Bayelsa: Courtroom of Enchantment guidelines in UPC’s go well with in opposition to Diri’s election

The Courtroom of Enchantment sitting in Abuja has dismissed the enchantment filed by the United Peoples Congress (UPC) and its governorship candidate, Stephen Ibiene, in opposition to the election of Bayelsa State Governor, Duoye Diri.

The enchantment was in connection to the judgment delivered by the Bayelsa Governorship Election Petition Tribunal.

NAN stories that the courtroom, in an unanimous resolution, mentioned the go well with lacked diligent prosecution.

Justice Adzira Mshella led different justices to ship judgement.

The Tribunal had, on August 17, dismissed the petition of the UPC and Ibiene for failing to show allegations made in opposition to Bayelsa Deputy Governor, Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo.

On Thursday, there was no illustration for the occasion in courtroom.
