The Governor of Ekiti State, Kayode Fayemi, has been suspended by the State Govt Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
This was confirmed in a press release signed by seven members of the chief committee on Friday.
In response to the assertion, Fayemi was suspended because of “his quite a few anti-party actions, particularly his position within the lately concluded governorship election in Edo State which is opposite to the provisions of Article 21 (A) (ii) of the APC Structure.”
