President Muhammadu Buhari has joined the academia, notably members of employees of the College of Ibadan (UI) and Nigeria Financial Society (NES) in mourning the passing of Prof Femi Kayode.
His response was contained in a press release on Monday by presidential spokesman, Femi Adesina.
Buhari commiserated with the household of the scholar, pals associates, Educational Workers Union of Universities (ASUU) and authorities and folks of Kogi State.
He described the economist as an asset to Nigeria and the world.
The Nigerian chief recalled the important thing position Kayode performed within the structuring and operations of many improvement establishments.
