Gasoline/Electrical energy Hike: No going again on tomorrow’s protest – NLC, Kogi

Organised labour in Kogi State has mentioned that it’s continuing with Mondays protest name by the Nigerian Labour Congress, NLC.

The Chairman of the state chapter of the Nigerian Labour Congress, Comrade Onu Edoka advised DAILY POST on Sunday night that the state chapter has not obtained a opposite directive regarding the protests.

“The choice is that of the nationwide secretariat of the Nigerian Labour Congress and we, on the state stage, are sure to obey any directions from them.

“Now we have mobilised all our affiliate our bodies and there will probably be no going again except there’s a counter instruction,” he mentioned.

Requested if the courtroom injunction would have an effect on the protest, Edoka mentioned that labour will not be conscious of any courtroom injunction.

“No Court docket injunction has been served to the nationwide secretariat and none has been served to us on the state stage and we can’t act on non present courtroom injunction “Edoka added.
