Ondo Election: APC placing stress on INEC after Obaseki’s victory – Wike cries out

Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State says there are alleged plans by the All Progressives Congress, APC, to compromise the Ondo governorship election.

Wike made the allegation in a publish on his Twitter web page on Friday morning.

The Governor accused the All Progressive Congress, APC, of placing stress on INEC to rig the election following their defeat in Edo State final Saturday.

Recall that incumbent Governor Godwin Obaseki defeated his closest challenger and candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu within the election.

His tweet learn: “After the defeat of @OfficialAPCNg in Edo State there’s monumental stress on @inecnigeria to compromise the Ondo election for @OfficialAPCNg.

“I’m involved INEC would collapse to the stress.”

The Ondo State governoship election is anticipated to carry on Oct. 10, 2020.
