Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Plateau State College, Bokkos, (PLASU), Dr. Jurji Gomos, has regained freedom.
He was kidnapped by a gang of criminals on Friday.
The assailants stormed his residence, forcefully grabbed and took him to their hideout.
Gomos was in captivity for about 20 hours.
His launch was confirmed by the PLASU VC, Prof. Yohana Izam.
“This adopted spirited efforts by the Administration and Workers of the College, safety businesses, household and associates of Dr. Gomos”, he informed The Nation.
PLASU Public Relations Officer, John Agam, in an announcement thanked the state authorities for its solidarity.
